In the case of non receipt and/or damage of the goods Med-Cash.com will not authorize any refunds until a full investigation has taken place. We are unable to complete these actions until a period of 30 days has passed due to the post offices tracking procedure. All orders should also be insured by your credit card provider.

PRESCRIPTION POLICY: A number of medical preparations on the site may require a prescription in order to finish the ordering procedure. By ordering the product on our site, you agree to send a scanned copy of the prescription for the drug of purchase filled by your health care provider if required.
