Clotrimazole possesses antifungal activity (inhibits the synthesis of ergosterol fungal cell membrane). Clotrimazole is effective in the treatment of dermatomycoses Gentamicin is a broad-spectrum antibiotic of the aminoglycoside group. Gentamicin provides a highly effective local treatment of primary and secondary bacterial infections of the skin.
Indications:
Triderm is used to treat decrease inflammatory manifestations of dermatosis that can be treated by corticosteroids, accompanied by secondary infection caused microorganisms and fungi:

Adverse effect:
Tridem is generally well tolerated. Possible side effects include: itching, irritation, dryness, desquamation, skin rash, exudation, local edema, folliculitis, acne, hypopigmentation, dermatitis, allergic contact dermatitis, paresthesia.
In long-term use systemic side effects are possible.
Interactions:
Do not apply Triderm cream simultaneously with other medications for topical use.
