• Hypersensitivity
• severe heart failure or decompensated CHF
• cardiogenic shock, AV block II-III degree, SA blockade
• sick sinus syndrome, sinus bradycardia (heart rate less than 55/min)
• Prinzmetal's angina, cardiomegaly (with no signs of CF)
• hypotension (systolic blood pressure less than 90 Mmhg, especially in myocardial infarction)
• COPD, severe bronchial asthma
• occlusive peripheral vascular disease (complicated by gangrene, intermittent claudication or pain at rest)
• diabetes with ketoacidosis, metabolic acidosis
• pregnancy, lactation
• with caution: allergic reactions in the medical history, heart failure, pheochromocytoma, liver failure, renal failure, Raynaud's syndrome, myasthenia gravis, hyperthyroidism, depression (including history), psoriasis, pregnancy, pediatric and elderly use.
