Diclofenac is an non steroidal anti-inflammtory drug which exerts anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects. In which cases you must be cautious or completely discontinue the drug?

• Peptic gastric or duodenal ulcer
• History of asthma attacks, urticaria, acute rhinitis associated with the use of aspirin or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs
• Hypersensitivity to diclofenac sodium or other ingredients of the drug
• Pregnancy

The medication should be used with caution: breastfeeding, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, hepatic and / or renal dysfunctions, chronic heart failure, hypertension, hemostasis disorders, elderly patients.

Which undesirable side effects may be caused by the drug?
